NEW PRICING MODELS IN LEGAL SERVICES

IE Law School Executive Education arranged on October the 4th a session about the new pricing models in legal services as a result of the “revolution” that the economic crisis is causing in this sector.

They analyzed a case about “LEGAL SERVICES PRICING IN A DOWNTURN“, specially designed for the Lawyers’ Management Program (LMP), examining the advantages and disadvantages of different pricing models and their interplay with the traditional in-house lawyer and law firm approach.The session was led by Kevin Doolan, Partner at Eversheds, and one of the professors of the LMP.

Among the many attendees who went to the event, we had the presence of Joan Roca, Managing Partner at Roca Junyent, Covadonga del Pozo, Partner at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira and Sandra Martin Moran, Legal Director at Indra, among others.
